Strawberry Salsa

Tart-sweet and pleasantly spicy, this fresh strawberry and green onion salsa is the perfect match for just about anything, including grilled fish and chicken. Watch our how-to video.
Ingredients
  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (seeded, if desired)
Method

In a large bowl, toss together strawberries, lime juice, salt, green onions and peppers. 

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
