Sunrise Breakfast Smoothie

Start your day with a simply delicious smoothie that packs fruit, veggies, yogurt and whole grains all in one sippable package. Watch our how-to video.
Ingredients
  • 1 small carrot, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 3/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almondmilk
  • 1/2 medium orange, peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
Method

In a blender, combine carrot, banana, raspberries, yogurt, almondmilk, orange and oats, and blend until very smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy.
