For a fun twist on traditional roasted red potatoes, try this tangy version, tossed with sweet and sour sauce and sliced green onions.

    Canola spray oil
    2 poundssmall red potatoes, quartered
    1/2 cupWhole Foods Market™ Sweet & Sour Sauce
    2green onions, thinly sliced

Method

Preheat the oven to 375F.


Generously spray a large, rimmed baking sheet with oil.


In a large bowl, toss potatoes with sauce, spread out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake, stirring every 15 minutes to scrape up all of the browned bits and recoat potatoes, until very tender and deep golden brown, about 45 minutes total.


Transfer to a platter, toss gently with onions and serve.
