Triple Mango Dessert Smoothie

In this simple yet stunning dessert, fresh, ripe mangoes combine with mango nectar and mango sorbet for a delightfully chilly dish. A terrific complement to your Asian meal or a sweet summertime snack all by itself.

Ingredients
- 1 pint mango sorbet
- 2 cups mango nectar
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
- Lime slices (optional)
Method
Thaw mango sorbet for 10 minutes to soften it a bit, then transfer to blender.
Add nectar and mangoes and purée until smooth and thick.
Pour into glasses, garnish with mint and lime, if desired, and serve.
