Fresh mango gives this blended drink terrific flavor. It’s a great way to start the day, or enjoy it as a virgin sunset cocktail.
- 1 small mango diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup sparkling water chilled
Combine mango, pineapple juice, lime juice and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 or 3 tall glasses and top with sparkling water.
