Vegan Cocoa Glaze

This sweet vegan dessert topping is great for drizzling over any bundt cake, cookie or even granola bar. For a non-vegan version, use regular milk instead of soymilk or almondmilk.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened plain soymilk or almondmilk

Method

Sift cocoa powder with powdered sugar.

Whisk in vanilla extract and soymilk or water gradually until glaze reaches spreading consistency and is completely smooth.
