Wilted Watercress with Orange and Feta

Ingredients

    1 teaspoonextra-virgin olive oil
    2 buncheswatercress, separated into sprigs (about 8 cups)
    1/4 teaspoonfine sea salt
    1 largeseedless orange, peeled and chopped
    1/3 cupfeta cheese crumbles

Method

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 


Add watercress and cook, stirring, 1 minute. 


Add orange and cook 1 more minute. 


Remove from the heat and stir in feta.
