Wine Tea Punch with Summer Fruit

A refreshing, not-too-sweet fresh cherry and green-tea cocktail with crisp white wine and sparkling Italian soda. To gild the lily, add a splash of rum.
Ingredients
  • 4 bags 365 Everyday Value® Green Tea with Pomegranate and Cranberry
  • 1 cup fresh cherries pitted, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups dry white wine
  • 2 cups Italian soda, such as green apple or lemon
Method

In a small pot, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add tea bags, cover and steep 5 minutes. Discard bags and set tea aside to cool. In a blender, purée cherries, grapes and tea until smooth; transfer to a punch bowl. (Strain, if desired.) Stir in wine and soda, ladle over ice and garnish with cherries and grapes. If making ahead, add the soda just before serving.
