Beautiful to look at, delicious to eat, so good for you!

The leaves begin to change, the sun sets a little sooner and the autumn squash ripen into a blaze of color and flavor.

We’re going to create some satisfying dishes for the holidays and beyond.

On the menu:

  • Delicata – apple soup
  • Acorn squash stuffed with quinoa, cranberries and walnuts
  • Spaghetti squash with garlic, sage and tomato sauce
