The second class in this two-part series will take your new skills in baking classic French dough to the next level. You’ll learn how to create luscious creams, add sweetness with chocolate and fruit, and make that quintessential French pastry treat, the macaroon. A light lunch will be served.  MENU: Classic Napoleon with Pastry Cream and Fresh Fruit; Pain au Raisin with Almond and Pastry Cream; and Chocolate, Lemon and Pistachio Macaroons.  $59
