In honor of the many servicemen and women who have, and continue to, make so many sacrifices for our country, we’ll take a patriotic spin on plant-based eating with foods in hues of red, white and blue! Featured recipes will include Watermelon, Jicama and Black Bean Salad, Red White and Blue(ish) Miso Glazed Eggplant, and refreshing Chia-Berry Parfaits.
