How will you celebrate Cherry Fest?Personally, I like to keep a large stock of cherries around because I find that I tend to eat them by the handful. This summer I think I’ll buy a little extra and instead of gobbling ALL of them up and spitting out the pits willy-nilly as usual, I’m going to try and explore cherry’s flavor potential. I’m excited to see how cherries will lend their deep sweetness to more than just desserts!
