Are you ready to get cracking this spring? You know what I mean: it’s time to embrace the egg! We love eggs all year, but right now it’s all about those hardboiled beauties. (Get our easy instructions for how to boil them opens in a new tab!)
One of our favorite ways to showcase eggs, especially for a springtime gathering, is a platter of pretty deviled eggs.
Deviled eggs got their name centuries ago, when anything highly seasoned was referred to as “deviled”. After all, it’s easy to boil some for dying and hunting and some for deviling all in the same pot!
These days, deviled eggs aren’t just limited to flavoring from paprika — there’s a whole host of options to fit practically any palate or entertaining theme. Try these recipes!
