I am a total sucker for marshmallows as an occasional treat. It’s the fluffy/chewy texture that hooks me, so I will often look past their sometimes overwhelming sweetness. That’s why I love this Homemade Honey Marshmallow recipe so much. Honey has such a great creamy, floral flavor that’s not too sweet. Also, marshmallows are surprisingly easy to make and will make you an instant legend to anyone who is lucky enough to taste share in the fruits of your labor.
