I am full-on obsessed with this Six-Ingredient Harissa-Turkey Chili for three major reasons. First, it has six ingredients! Have you ever encountered a chili recipe with so few ingredients?? Second, it features one of my very favorite spice blends — harissa, which gives the recipe traditional chili flavoring but with a new spin. The recipe also cooks in less than 20 minutes, which seems pretty miraculous given the all-day cook times for most chili recipes. I’ve been making this chili once a week and it reheats so nicely for lunches.
