When it comes to fish, I used to get stuck in a rut. I’d reach for the few varieties I was familiar with and knew how to prepare, like salmon, tilapia, and tuna. While those fish can be the easy choice for the dinner table, there are literally other fish in the sea!

Once I began exploring the ocean of fish and seafood options, like sardines and clams, I found them to be so flavorful and surprisingly simple to prepare that I’m now on the lookout for more creative ways to use them.
