Can't wait to eat some of your bi-color corn! The corn I bought at WF last year was the best I've eaten in my life....and I've eaten lots of corn.

I'm going to grill romaine for the first time this weekend, and I got some beautiful tomatoes from the Farmer's Market today! This with the grilled salmon and I am very excited!

This is the perfect season for grilling--at least on the East Coast. We are ending our summer harvest and can take advantage of the last vestiges of summer vegetables like corn and tomatoes. I think that grilling not only imparts a great smoky flavor, but also brings out the best of these veggies, as well as other products like fish. Love grilling corn in its husk. It's easy and delicious.

Not one recipe for grilled tofu (or seitan or tempeh) in any of your 13 featured dishes? Again it seems Whole Foods wants to keep vegetarians/vegan invisible and cater instead to the majority. Obviously the profits are much greater on a pound of wild caught salmon than on a pound of tofu, but it's sad to see your focus move away from the vegan lifestyle, like the great selection of bulk spices seen in the previous generation of Whole Foods.
