Hi There, I just wanted to say that this is a fabulous idea! The stress relief exercise is great for me. I'm an elementary school teacher and as report card time creeps up, so do the stress levels! Thank you Whole Foods for coming up with such a refreshing webcast!

I had no idea that there were different kinds of breathing patterns--energizing, theraputic, etc. Very interesting! Thank you for these deep breathing exercises; I especially liked the walking meditation suggestion!

I really enjoyed this podcast and the entire series. It seems so many of my friends are finding themselves ill this time of year. Partially a shift from summer to fall and partially stress. Breathing is a simple solution.
