Sitting still to just breathe is so hard for moms - this podcast is a must for us! I'm going to try the walking meditation - release energy while releasing stress sounds like a good idea to me :)

This really interested me! I have a degree in Psychology and have studied the benefits of deep breathing from the diaphragm. It also helps a singing voice! I especially want to try his suggestion on walking meditation. Getting a rhythm going with your walking and then coordinate your breathing with it! How beneficial! Thanks, Cindi

I think I just might have to try the rice bag on my stomach to see if that helps raise my awareness of how I breathe-very interesting concept-I do find myself pretty stressed sometimes and wonder if this sort of thing could help.

I've never really thought about how important breathing is to relaxation and stress relief. I'm going to try some breathing techniques tomorrow at work and see how much they help. Thanks for the lesson.

I really enjoyed this podcast and the entire series. It seems so many of my friends are finding themselves ill this time of year. Partially a shift from summer to fall and partially stress. Breathing is a simple solution.
