Who doesn’t like potatoes? We haven’t heard of anyone and frankly we’d be surprised if we did— especially after watching this week’s episode featuring Fingerling Potatoes! Shaped like stubby fingers and packed with flavor, fingerling potatoes come in many varieties, including Russian Banana, French, Austrian Crescent and Ruby Crescent, and are grown using heritage seed potatoes resulting in earthy potato goodness and hearty texture. Join guest chef Lee Anne Wong, from the French Culinary Institute and Bravo’s Top Chef, as she shares her super-easy roasted fingerling potato recipe with a quick buttermilk yogurt herb dressing. Is the buttermilk dressing heated before pouring over the potatoes? It seems that it would cool off the potatoes too much if not.

@Carol Thank you for your comment regarding heating the dressing before pouring it over the potatoes. You might think it would cool the potatoes off, but the potatoes actually stay piping hot on the inside and the cool/room temperature dressing is a nice complement. It's kind of like putting sour cream on a baked potato. If you try the recipe, let us know what you think. Happy Cooking!

This was a fantastic & simple recipe! Thanks for sharing! After checking out the video, I ran down to Wholefoods to pick up all the ingredients. After about 40 minutes of prepping and cooking (and yes the potatoes came out golden brown and spiced well) -- once i tasted them with the buttermilk yogurt herb dress, I was ready to jump out of my pants! Delicious! Thanks for sharing all
