Welcome Spring!  This month, join our Healthy Eating Specialist, Tanja, and  we’ll celebrate the season with fresh vibrant greens, to help you come out of the hibernation of winter and into the sunshine.  Tanja will make a green smoothie, nutrient-rich and oil-free salad, and sautéed  greens.

Healthy Brunch Recipes Cooking Demo

Spring is the time to brunch! But that doesn’t have to be a reason to forgo your plant-based lifestyle.  Kathleen will show you how to make wholesome, hearty brunch recipes that your guests won’t even suspect to be healthy! On the menu:  Whole Grain Banana Pancakes, Avocado and Hearts of Palm Salad and Asparagus “Quiche.”

Spring Produce Cooking Demo

We’ve braved the cold of winter (well, sort of) and now it’s time to explore bounty of the spring!  Kathleen will be whipping up some delicious plant-based entrees and desserts featuring fresh, seasonal produce. On the menu: raw carrot cupcakes with cashew frosting, lemon quinoa with broccoli and English peas, and lemon asparagus orzo.

FREE! Cheese Night: Raw Milk Cheese

Stop on by the Cheese Counter to bit e into a rich array of well-defined flavors and aromatics that raw milk cheeses offer.  We are sampling a variety of raw milk cheeses, which are cheeses made with milk that has not been pasteurized.  They may be firm, oozy, creamy or crumbly and can come in any shape, from wheel to block.  No matter how you slice it, they’re unforgettably delicious!
