Demonstration and Book Signing Event for Forks Over Knives the Cookbook.  Learn from Chef Del Sroufe how to make fast and healthy lunch and dinner recipes.  Chef Del teaches how to cook with no oil, and promotes eating whole foods and a plant-based diet.  The demonstration will take place in our Salud Cooking School from 2-3 pm.  Then, join us in the produce department from 3-4 pm  for a sampling of recipes from his book Forks Over Knives-The Cookbook.  This is a great time to pick up your own copy and have it signed by Chef Del.
