Join Healthy Eating Specialist Dawn Berthelette for a series of FREE classes designed to help you clean up your eating habits this year.

Whole Foods Diet Approved™ means putting an emphasis on quality and making plants the center of the diet. With some small adjustments we can create simple nourishing foods for ourselves and our families, it’s the little changes that make a big impact!

Spring Soups features meals and snacks based around soups. Soups are a delicious way to include more plants in the diet, and they can be a simple money saver too!
