Why limit eggs to just breakfast?! There are few ingredients as multifaceted and universally beloved as the egg. Eggs can shine in both savory and sweet dishes, and provide a marvelous addition (not to mention nutritional boost) to just about any meal. In this class, we’ll enjoy dishes from around the world showcasing this incredibly versatile ingredient, as well as learn how to properly select, store, and prepare eggs in a delicious variety of ways.

On the Menu: Yucatan-Style Eggs with Ham & Plantains (Huevos Motuleños); Gruyere & Herb Soufflé; Israeli Baked Eggs with Tomatoes & Peppers (Shaksuka); Chinese Egg-Custard Tarts.
