We update the espresso coffee beans that makeup Geometry every 2-3 months, allowing a year-round blend with high-quality flavor and retaining our commitment to the seasonal blends.
Flavor Notes & Origin: Geometry Onyx coffee beans are a blend of washed and processed Colombian & Ethiopian coffee. Our Colombian espresso beans whole gives it a syrupy, clean, fermented fruit flavor, while the washed Ethiopian adds more fruitiness and complexity.
Brewing Guide: We brew this coffee whole bean medium roast in our own cafes as a “House” filter to intertwine complex & cohesive flavors, cup, and blend to maintain the flavor profile. Use it as a filter coffee, and as espresso. And not only does is it taste great as either but it's easy to dial in as espresso or filter.
