Sourced with Care: We take such great care when sourcing our coffee. We work closely with importers to find coffees that are not only high quality, but also interesting and pleasingly unique. We keep a variety of origins and tasting notes available, which include a mix of perennial favorites and new, unusual and seasonal flavors.
Tips for Brewing: Grind your coffee just before brewing for the best flavor. The quality of the grind matters. If it’s consistent and uniform, you’ll have more control over the flavor. Water temperature also matters. The ideal range is 195 – 205°F.
