  • Flavor Infused: The way we make our flavored coffees is by infusing beans with aromatic oils in order to build a certain flavor. Blends and single origin coffees have flavor notes natural to the beans, whereas flavored coffees have specific flavors added in, which make them a bit more straightforward. If you’re drinking our Goat Tracks coffee, you will explicitly taste the caramel and chocolate flavors. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, flavored coffees are sure to do the trick!

  • Sourced with Care: We take such great care when sourcing our coffee. We work closely with importers to find coffees that are not only the best quality, but also interesting and pleasingly unique.   • The Legend of Lucky Goat: Legend has it that a herdsman named Kaldi noticed his goats had an extra spring in their step after eating the wild berries that grew near their feeding grounds. Curious, Kaldi tried the berries himself and experienced the same euphoria. The seeds of those berries are the coffee “bean” — which is why we can thank those lucky goats for the delicious drink we have today.
