Over 150 million lbs of sweet potatoes end up in landfills each year because they are deemed imperfect due to minor ‘flaws’ like shape, size, and color.
We upcycle these imperfect spuds to create the sweet potato flour used in our products because, well, we don’t judge a tater by its lumps!
