  • THE ETHIOPIAN BEACON: Aster serves as our guiding star to the birthplace of coffee. Rather than blending different countries, Aster is a tribute to Ethiopian terroir—sourced entirely from high-elevation smallholder farms in a single, ecologically diverse region.

  • SENSORY PROFILE (ASTER): A vibrant, exceptionally clean cup. The profile opens with the bright, sparkling citrus of Key Lime and Nectarine, slowly giving way to a deeply comforting Brown Sugar complexity in the finish.

  • ROASTED TWO WAYS: To achieve a "blend-like" depth from a single origin, we take our premium Washed Ethiopian coffee and roast it along two distinct temperature curves. Blending these two roast profiles together creates a cup that is both vibrantly fruity and structurally grounded.

  • HIGH-ALTITUDE CULTIVATION: Grown between 2000-2200 MASL. At these extreme elevations, the cooler temperatures drastically slow the maturation of the coffee cherries, allowing for intense sugar development and incredibly dense, flavor-packed beans.

  • FARMLEVEL TRANSPARENCY: We source Aster directly from the producers. By honoring the thousands of smallholder farmers cultivating coffee on less than a hectare of land, we ensure ethical purchasing practices and unparalleled cup quality.
