Her products quickly became popular due to their unique flavour combinations and plant-based ingredients. More than just a substitute for dairy, Spread’Em Kitchen products stand in a category all their own with a signature yet subtle tangy taste.
Tree Island Gourmet Yogurt
Scott DiGuistini and Merissa Myles, Owners
Scott and Merissa began Tree Island Gourmet Yogurt in 2012 after returning from a trip abroad where they enjoyed artisan yogurt made with fresh, whole milk. They felt that nothing similar was available in Canada, so they set out to create it. Their rich, silky yogurts are made with grass-fed milk, and some flavours are now made with hemp, for those who prefer a plant-based alternative.
Lori Joyce, Founder
Lori was inspired to create BETTERWITH after noticing a lack of traditional ice cream options made with full-fat cream. With a belief that life is always better with ice cream, Lori set out to create ice cream with simple, recognizable ingredients — just like her grandma used to make.

Mike Denike started as a fisherman over 25 years ago. As his family grew to include daughters Ainsley and Katherine, he began West Coast Select to stay closer to home. Offering smoked salmon products, West Coast Select has built their brand through a passion for quality and attention to detail through the many stages of fishing and production.
Lee Murphy, Owner
The Preservatory is owned and operated by Lee Murphy and her partner, Patrick, who supplies all the fresh fruit for the delicious preserves. Making fruit shine since 2002, The Preservatory uses in-season fruits at their peak ripeness, grown on their Vista D’oro farm in Langley, BC. Taking old favourites to new heights with different flavour combinations each season, Lee and Patrick joyfully “jam” all year round.

Since 1993, Terra Breads has made their products using carefully selected ingredients and traditional fermentation methods. They believe that sharing the common language of good food is what brings everyone together — within families and friends and across communities.
Taylor Kennedy, Owner
Taylor Kennedy founded Sirene in 2013 after becoming captivated by the detailed process of making chocolate. Sirene crafts their delicious chocolate bars at their custom chocolate workshop in Victoria, BC.

Farming since 1997, Art and Lina have steadily grown their farm in Similkameen Valley from two acres of squash to over 20 acres of organic vegetables, including cherry tomatoes, eggplant and baby zucchini.

Jimmy and Amy Wong, Founders and Owners
In 2001, husband and wife Jimmy and Amy founded Viva Health Skincare. The duo set out to create products that they believed would help with their family’s own skin concerns. Those of their daughter Victoria led to the creation of the first Viva product: the Amaze Exfoliating Gel.
