Committed to making the best popcorn ever, Tiny But Mighty Popcorn takes special care of the little heirlooms from seed selection to harvest. Farmer Gene Mealhow, the current caretaker of TBM Popcorn, personally tends to seed selection, soil cultivation at the Shellsburg, Iowa–based farm. They customize their ingredient blends to bring out the mightiest flavors of a most tiny seed.

Toppling Goliath Brewing Company makes incredible IPAs and barrel-aged stouts, all out of Decorah, Iowa. Clark and Barb Lewey started the company in 2009 after a runaway success in home brewing. Now, they brew over 30 delicious beers and distribute to more than eight states!

Picket Fence Creamery is based in Woodward, Iowa, and is home to 80 acres of family-operated dairy farmland, the creamery itself and even a country store. The Burkhart family pasteurize and bottle their milk onsite and make everything from milk to cheese curds — even producing their own local ice cream.
