Made in Mongrassano, Italy, each “gnocco” (a single dumpling) is made using the age-old combination of durum wheat semolina and potato, for a soft, dense texture that is sure to satisfy. While typically enjoyed as a first dish, or “primo piatto”, we think this gnocchi recipe is more than a prelude to an outstanding meal.
