Chef Daniel Boulud Demo and Appearance
Chef Daniel Boulud will be making an appearance at our Bryant Park store on March 21 from 12-2pm and demoing his locally smoked salmon at the Harbor Bar. Chef Boulud is supporting ment'or, a non-profit that he co-founded, that promotes culinary excellence, development, and mentorship in apsiring young professionals. On March 21, 5% of net sales for all 11 Manhattan and Brooklyn stores will go towards 4 organizations that support culinary education and mentorship, including ment'or.
