Where do you deliver?
- We deliver anywhere within London. Terms and conditions apply.
How much does it cost?
- If you spend over £100 and live within 5 miles of the store, we will deliver your shopping for free!
- If you spend less than £100 and live within five miles of the store, a small delivery fee will be charged.
- If you live beyond five miles, we will provide an immediate quote for extra delivery costs
Will Whole Foods Market deliver my shopping?
- No. A 3rd party will collect your shopping from the store and deliver at an agreed time.
How do I book a delivery?
- Simply pay for your shopping and talk to a Customer Services Team Member who will help you select a 1-hour delivery slot.
What do you deliver?
- We have a few exceptions. We cannot deliver frozen items, cakes, hot food or flowers.
Can I amend or cancel my booking?
- Once a delivery is booked it is not advisable to adjust the delivery slot as this will likely incur additional charges. However, if this is unavoidable, please contact your Whole Foods Market store to explore alternative options.
Can I track my order?
- Yes! Once your groceries have been collected, you will receive a notification that allows you to track your delivery in real time on a GPS-enabled map.
What if I'm not in when the courier arrives?
- Please book your delivery slot at a time when you are available. You will be contacted directly in the event that no one is available. Please note that any changes to the scheduled delivery may incur an additional charge.
What do I do if my courier hasn’t arrived?
- Please contact our 3rd party Customer Service hotline on 0207 387 8888. Available 24/7 daily.
If my courier is late do I get a refund?
We do not automatically offer refunds for service delays or failures. We will make every effort to notify you of any disruptions or changes to your delivery. All Customer Service issues will be investigated.
