Yorkville Shop & Delivery Services

Effective March 10, 2017, there will be some changes to our shop and delivery program:

We will no longer be taking orders over the phone. We will only be accepting orders via e-mail.

How to order service:

Please e-mail orders to delivery.yrk@wholefoods.com. A confirmation will be sent to assure you of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call the store at 416-944-0500, ext 0, to follow up with your order.

Shop and Delivery orders require 24 hours’ notice. We offer the shop and delivery service from Monday through Friday with no shop being done during the weekend. However, we do offer our delivery service on Weekends (you shop the order and we deliver it).

Shop and Delivery charges:

  • The shop charge is $10.
  • Delivery charges start at $15 and may increase depending on the distance the delivery is going and the size of the order.
  • The boundaries for the $15 delivery charge are south of Lawrence Avenue, north of the lake, west of the Don Valley Parkway and east of Bathurst Street. ( see map below )
  • Any order larger than 5 grocery bags will also have an increased delivery charge. The additional charges are $2 per case or per extra bag above the initial 5 included in the delivery fee. Both the shop and delivery charges will be waived for orders over $300.
  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

 

Some regulations are as follows:

  • Please specify whether substitutions are acceptable. If they are not, any items that are not available will be omitted from the order. An explanation of items that are substituted or omitted will be sent out with your order. If there is a major part of your order that we do not have, we will contact you to inquire how you would like to proceed with the order.
  • Please be very specific in regards to items on your order (brand name, size, variety, flavour and preference of organic or conventional).
  • We will not be offering our shop and delivery service on any Statutory Holidays.

If there are any items in your order that you are dissatisfied with, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

These changes will be effective as of March 10, 2017
