Asian Fusion with Chef Tom Lin

Asian Fusion is a popular practice of combining different Asian cuisines in one meal. You begin with a tasty appetizer of Grilled Asparagus wrapped in eggplant and brushed with a teriyaki sauce. Turmeric, a spice with many health benefits, flavors the Chicken Fried Rice. Pan Seared Jumbo Shrimp are prepared in a ginger and mango sauce for a fun and exotic tropical dish.
