Meet Chef Becky Selengut, an advocate for seafood sustainability and seasonal, regional cuisine. In 2004 she founded the local foods database She writes regularly for Edible Seattle magazine, is a private chef, cooking teacher and coauthor of Washington Local and Seasonal Cookbook. Signed copies of her book will be available for purchase. Our Cooking Coach, Marja, will be demoing a recipe from the Good Fish book.
