Cracking The King of Cheese

We use traditional cutting tools to “crack” and preserve the dense, crystalline structure and crumbly texture in each wheel of the “king of cheese,” Parmigiano Reggiano. We invite you to witness this age-old art and sample a piece taken fresh from the heart. Cracking will begin at 2:30PM sharp!
