Demo & Dine: Vegan Proteins

Our Demo & Dine classes cater to those with special dietary needs! December’s class focuses on vegan protein sources! Bring your friends and family to the Lifestyle Center for a FREE vegan cooking demonstration! Learn how to cook all of your favorite protein dishes using clever substitutions and vegan alternatives such as tofu, seitan, tempeh and more! Cooking demo will be followed by a group discussion led by our Healthy Eating Specialist, Amari. Choose between the afternoon (12PM) or evening class (6:30PM) to accommodate your schedule! No registration required.
