In addition to cooking fabulously flavorful Indian fare, you’ll learn about the exotic and aromatic spices employed in Indian cuisine and discover some of the interesting ingredients that are unfamiliar to Western palates. MENU: Tandoori-Style Shrimp; Mughlai Chicken with Almonds & Raisins, Spiced Basmati Rice; Yogurt with Walnuts & Fresh Coriander; and Drunken Orange Slices. $40
