Matt will discuss the benefits (and myths!) of exercise along with how to eat healthy while being physically active. There will be a Q&A period followed by a book signing

Matt Ruscigno is a Registered Dietitian and athlete whose specialty is helping people transition to a healthy, plant-based diet. He is co-author of No Meat Athlete with Matt Frazier and Appetite for Reduction with Isa Moskowitz.
