I live in Austin, Texas, where summer temperatures can last into October, and it’s not unusual to eat Thanksgiving dinner in short sleeves. That’s great news for local gardeners, but it can be tortuous for someone (like me) who longs to curl up with a cozy blanket and a cup of spiced cider.
