After many years of hard work — and a Whole Foods Market Local Producer Loan — founders Ted Xenohristos, Ike Grigoropoulos and Dimitri Moshovitis continue to drive the company forward while keeping its culinary roots intact.
CAVA produces its dips and spreads daily in small batches in Washington, DC, and Culver City, California though you can find them at select Whole Foods Market stores across the country.
