For our family, making big batches of food helps out a lot when the week gets crazy. Instead of spending time each night or morning getting a satisfying meal ready, we can simply warm up some leftovers or grab a salad from the fridge and get on with the rest of the day. And considering both of my kids are grazers, this makes it easier to have a wide variety of bites on hand.

To save time, do all of your batch cooking and prep on the same day. You’ll be amazed how little time it takes to get a whole week’s worth of meals together!

These recipes are ideal for big batch cooking. Try a few this week!
