Gluten-Free Coconut Pancakes with Bananas opens in a new tab

Brunch is one of my most favorite meals of the day. You can’t really go wrong combining two meals into one, right? Brunch foods have a wide range and can appeal to any eater, no matter what your taste buds or dietary needs are.

For those who are gluten free, brunch can seem like a never-ending parade of eggs and meat, but I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be so! While I love a good egg dish, there are plenty of options to get your gluten-free brunch on without being stuck in the egg carton.

Go Traditional

These days baked goods and other standard brunch fare are easy to make gluten free, thanks to a plethora of gluten free flour mixes, and alternatives like almond flour and buckwheat, on the shelves.

Head Under the Sea

Instead of bacon or steak, choose the lighter side and bring seafood into your brunch menu. Pair with a salad of winter greens.

Finishing Touches

Give your recipes a little something extra with special toppings for pancakes, salads, meats, and more.

Cinnamon Pear Compote

Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Honeyed Blackberry Syrup

Spiced Cranberry Sauce with Chardonnay and Orange Zest
