I know it’s a cliché, but I really do like giving gifts better than receiving them. I thrill in finding the perfect item and watching a friend’s face light up when I hand them an unexpected package.
Most of my friends are into food and cooking like I am, so I tend to give homemade gifts from my kitchen, whether it’s ingredients or an already-baked treat.
Even if those on your “Nice” list aren’t foodies, gifts from your kitchen are the perfect way to share the spirit of the holiday season.
Tie up bundles of baked goods with holiday ribbon, or add a bow to canning jars.
Use our printable gift tags that are available for download on many of our gift recipes!
Keep a stash of gifts handy for unexpected guests or last-minute party invitations.
Be sure to list ingredients and note if the gift is appropriate for those who are vegan or gluten free. Keeping the special diet gifts separate will help!

Here’s some of my favorite recipes for gift giving.
