We asked Molly Siegler, our food editor, to share some of her favorite new recipes coming out of our test kitchen. Here’s one that may help you with your holiday meal planning.
Get the Recipe: Butternut Squash Rolls
Who makes rolls outside of some really important and delicious family dinner? Not me! But…yeasty, fragrant and with the prettiest golden hue, these butternut rolls might make converts of us all. Try this technique for roasting butternut squash whole and save any extra purée for your other culinary adventures. The squash in this recipe adds great richness and a nice sweet flavor when combined with honey. I also love that the dough uses whole wheat pastry flour for some whole grain bonus points at the Thanksgiving table.
