Oysters are very romantic. Also, I definitely read somewhere that garlic is good for your heart. Ergo, garlic (in the Caesar dressing) is romantic. So, I conclude that this is the most romantic recipe you could possibly make for Valentine’s Day.

Not only is it romantic, but it is so so delicious. I love crispy oysters! When you find them in restaurants, crispy oysters are most likely deep fried, making them an occasional treat. Baking the oysters on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet means they’ll be super crispy (using very little oil) and clean-up will be wildly easy. This is the perfect recipe for a fancy multi-course meal or cocktail party — absolutely an excellent recipe choice for oyster newbies or those who aren’t down with raw oysters, too.
