How to Eat Hemp Seeds
Hemp seeds (also called hemp “hearts”) are sold shelled, so they’re ready to eat when purchased. You can simply sprinkle them over your morning oatmeal or yogurt, or mix into baked goods. I like to use them in baked oatmeal!
Once opened, store packages of hemp seeds in the refrigerator, where they will stay fresh for up to a year.
Here are some great ways to incorporate hemp seeds into your diet:
Mix up a batch of hemp seed dukkah, perfect for using on grilled meats or veggies.
Add to your favorite breakfast cereal or granola.
