Grilling Greats

I don’t know about you, but as soon as I start getting my garden ready for tomato seedlings, I get itchy for a meal cooked on the grill. While we used to stick with tried-and-true burgers, bratwurst and corn on the cob, in recent years my family has branched out to grilling whole chickens, halved peaches and basket after basket of small, flavorful peppers. This summer, who knows what I’ll decide needs a turn on the flames! Part of what makes grilling so fun is how endless the possibilities are.
