I'd be making stuffing right away for sure. Risotto (my favorite is a chicken and asparagus). Soup of any kind just about, this time of year it would be squash or pumpkin.

There's a chill in the air and all I want is soup! Broth (versus water) makes any recipe better.

I've been doing a lot of cooking for our elderly parents. I use a lot of Imagine Stocks for my soups and casseroles. I also like to add it to my chicken chili just for a little added flavor. I hadn't thought about using it to cook rice in but will be doing so in the future!

I will be two years old later this month and I have multiple food allergies. Now that it is fall my mommy makes me a batch of soup or stew every week. All of the ingredients change (beans, vegetables, shredded chicken, rice, etc) except the fact that the base is always made with Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth. She always adds a cornbread muffin or slice of homemade gluten free bread too. I look forward to eating my yummy food so much that my older brother asks for "Oliver's special soup" sometimes!

I love making all kinds of stews and soups in the cooler months, so I would definitely be using broth for that. However, rice with vegetables cooked with broth is great!

I will make a versatile super-delicious high protein grain combination with: red quinoa, wild rice, millet and a pluperfect Lundbert Wild Rice Blend (gluten free) with the superb addition of either the Range Chicken Broth or Imagine Organic vegetable broth; all accentuated with adding initially 2 quarter size pieces of kombu for extra flavor. Excellent for side dish with a great salad. For company as example - what's more you can add more protein to the grain mixture such as boiled chicken pieces, braised veal, or anything you'd like. Fresh parsley sprigs garnish as do dill twigs! Rock On!!

With my case of free range chicken broth (YUM!), I will make several batches of butternut squash soup. It is the perfect base (well, that and the roasted, pureed squash). This soup is perfect for those cold days transitioning to winter. I will have some boxes left, so I like to make jambalaya for my friends during my cookie parties (an offset to the sugar), and I use chicken broth to cook the rice, along with the other ingredients. It is so yummy, and the flavors meld and become more pronounced the following day. I also will make some chicken soup, starting with the broth, adding chicken, and whatever veggies I have available in the refrigerator. I have many more ideas, but I just ran out of the case of broth. :)

Imagine Chicken Broth is wonderful in so many recipes (or even plain, out of the box). If I were to win the case, I'd be using it to make Cockaleekie Soup for St. Andrews Day, Avgolemono for chilly days, my pumpkin coconut curry soup while pumpkin is so readily available, and Sopa de Lima when I need a little sunshine in my bowl.

Imagine is the only chicken broth I buy. We love it straight! But also with some noodles, carrots and chunks of chicken for a quick chicken noodle soup, or the best ever butternut squash soup with a touch of pancetta and a tiny swirl of cream on top. Mmmm!
